Its function is 3 fold: to create, maintain or destroy. It is a magical weapon used to smite or bless and make your wishes come true. Another Neptunian tale from Great Yarmouth is that giant naval guys would get off their warships to grab the much smaller young men to take them with to war. To escape the giants easily, the streets were build very narrow, so the youngsters could escape, as the giants then struggled to get through the streets.
