The Celestial Mansion visited by the June full moon is that of Ophiuchus. This mansion used to be occupied by the Scorpion. However, the Scorpion fell out of the Zodiac belt and Ophiuchus stepped in.

Ophiuchus is also known as Asclepius, Master of healing, prophecy and truth. His symbol is the snake, representing healing and wisdom. He is also Imhotep: doctor, sage, high priest, scribe, visionary, astrologer and hereditary noble. Asclepius learned how to overcome aging and death by observing a serpent using healing herbs. To prevent humans from becoming immortal, Zeus killed Asclepius with a thunderbolt, but later placed him in the sky in honor of his good work. In other words Asclepius rose from the ashes of death and became immortal among the stars...the phoenix rising from the ashes.
This Celestial Mansion represents 'the baby in the basket' archetype. Moses, Perseus, Prince Phillip and others who were smuggled out of danger to safety, only to come back to reclaim their glory and shaming the enemy...the phoenix rising from the ashes.
In the minor arcana of the Tarot, he is the 9 of Wands. Although the warrior is wounded, he rises from his misfortune to fight yet another battle....phoenix rising from the ashes. The 9 of Wands (Ophiuchus / Antares) is also about karma and the past coming back to haunt us. The wounded healer must release the past in order to move forward.
In the Major Arcana, he is Temperance. Finding a balance between light and shadow. Bringing about transformation by blending two opposites. Water signifies emotions. Turning fear into faith and hatred into forgiveness. Blending what we learned from past hurts and mistakes to use it to our advantage in the future.
Transformation is one of its main themes. Change is inevitable, but transformation is by conscious choice and is normally fought for. This is a mansion for fighting fears and for standing up for what you believe in to bring about transformation.
When a planet moves through Ophiuchus it vibrates the energy of healing and transformation. We are given the opportunity to heal, to forgive, and to let go of the past in order to manifest positive change and healing. Social change is also possible, but like the 9 of wands, we have to fight for it.
This is also the full moon of the Pentecost. In Acts 2 verse 3 we read that the 'Holy Spirit' appeared in the form of flames, like the phoenix rising from the ashes. People received the gift of speaking in other languages to spread the message of forgiveness in order to be healed... the phoenix rising from the ashes.

The Scorpion was placed in the sky by Artemis as a reminder that betrayal, jealousy, deception and revenge can kill you. Anger is one syllable away from d-anger.
When the Moon is in the Antares Mansion we may feel unsettled in our minds. It is fine to protect what and who we love but curb the tendency to want to take revenge. Since Mercury rules cars and the Moon rules emotions (eg anger) and Mercury and the Moon don't get along, it is a good idea to watch yourself on the roads and be on guard against road rage. Avoid travelling in airplanes especially from or to airports that lie in the Southwest of a city. A good day for travelling by water. Analyse emotions of anger (Moon) and think them through rationally (Mercury). Think before you lash out to sting people. This energy reveals deceit, betrayal and enemies. Avoid potentially explosive situations. This energy is mystical. Visions and dreams range on a continuum from good (guiding you) to bad (deceiving you, as in nightmares). The challenge lies in distinguishing between them and then focusing on our deepest desires. Remember, where the mind goes, the body follows. Encounters with the spirit world, angels and ancestors are possible. A good mansion for mystics, psychics, musicians and jobs that require artistic vision. This Mansion is also good for law, medicine and money making. This Mansion is good for beginning court actions and secret operations, but bad for marriage and relationships.
